Diana-Saur is the backbone of the Dino archetype thanks to its permanent scaling ability. Once found, look for other Dinos ASAP.
Dinosawer ahead of time. This creates a much smoother transition into
Diana-Saur as you'll have another scaleable item.
Weaponized Core setups are easier to pivot from, as you can still make use of fast Weapons such as
Fang or
SMG.
Primal Core is also suitable.
Diana-Saur.
Sat-Comm is worth picking up for the Economy boost. It's often a good target for your guaranteed Bronze upgrade at level 4.
Gearnola Bar provides a nice bit of Health if found early enough. Overall it's a very low cost for a potentially sizeable return.

Trollosaur is next in line when it comes to priority Dinos. If found early enough alongside
Diana-Saur it'll become the primary carry of the build.
Dino Disguise allows
Diana-Saur to permanently scale fast Weapons like
Fang or
SMG.
Momma-Saur is absolutely premium, unlocking significantly more scaling potential.
Schematics and
Temporal Navigator are additional Economy items that may be worth grabbing.
Scrap Metal is excellent, but you'll need a solid amount of gold in order to complete its purchase Quest.




Momma-Saur is the easiest fit alongside
Diana-Saur and the permanent scaling route. You can also use
Fiber Optics to accelerate its destruction.
Tanky Anky provides better long term defenses, but isn't needed if your Damage is high enough to win within 2-3 attacks.
Rex Spex plays more for in-combat scaling and is better on boards with fewer total items.
