If you want an aggressive Dooley build that looks to beatdown down enemies ASAP rather than a stalling and scaling playstyle, this is a great play line to look for.
It involves using the Weaponized Core as your starter and pairing it with the Combat Core to create a burst engine.
Then you look to snowball off of PvE fights to maximize your experience gain and leveling to the benefit of both your Cores.
To pull off an aggro Dooley, you're going to need an aggressive Core like Weaponized Core.
If you get one of the more defensive ones, you'll likely want to look in a different direction.
By Day 3 or so, you'll be able to find Combat Core pretty easily if you can run into a vendor like Pol, who sells Large items.
These two items will make up your main damage engine and your next goal is to find ways to make them cast as fast as you can.
Positioning-wise, you'll have the Weaponized Core to the left of the Combat Core with all other casting items to the left of them (see the example board above as a reference). Doing so will maximize your burst potential and ramping.

Soldering Gun + Fiber Optics + Chris Army Knife
When you want to minimize your initial cast time, Soldering Gun with Fiber Optics is a powerful pairing.
This is because Soldering Gun offers a massive Multicast (up to 3x). This would already be a lot of burst ramp being to the left of your cores, but when you combine it with Fiber Optics, it's an absolute insane trigger for your engine.

Double Upgrades
Remember that any buff or upgrade that effects "The Core", will affect ANY Core you have.
This means that skills such as Like Clockwork or items like Memory Card will allow you to double dip their value.

Aggressive PvE Encounter Choices
If you get momentum with this build, you'll often be strong enough to take on the toughest PvE encounters.
This will allow you to get more gold (which you can use to buy upgrades/Skills), the guaranteed Enchantment at level 16, and experience to get you level up benefits.
Many of these level up benefits upgrade your two Cores, such as Firmware Upgrade.
Supportive Items and Skills
Fast Casting Items
The rest of your build is pretty flexible, look for Small items that cast quickly to Charge up your engine.
Kripp used the Lightbulb in this particular run, but he was looking for a Weapon to replace it. Something like Uzi might have been an improvement.

Chris Army Knife
If you're a Dooley main, you probably already know that Chris Army Knife is one of the best general inclusions in most builds due to his versatility.
In this particular build, he provides value not just as a fast-casting Small item activator, but also because he qualifies as both the Friend and the Tool needed to trigger Soldering Gun's 3x Multicast!
Gumballs
Gumballs are an attractive choice in Double Core builds because they provide benefits to both your Cores, help your aggression into PvE rounds, and are one of the most reliably sources of Crit.
Skills
With all the extra cash you're getting from PvE rounds, you'll be able to buy a lot of Skills with this build. In general, you'll want to look for:
Benefits for your Cores
Ways to disrupt your enemy
Ways to speed up your burst
Here are a few examples that Kripparrian used during his run:
Buddy System (Chris Army Knife as your only friend)
Blizzard (drops from Frost Street Champion)
Coolant Leak (great CC potential at a reasonable price)
