• +# Chaos/All Spells, Chaos/Spell Damage, Spell Crit Chance, Attack/Spell Block, empty Suffix

Armor

• Body Armor is pure ES base (Twilight Regalia)
• Other pieces is Armor/ES bases, to make use of Armor/ES mastery to get 100% of ES from Body Armor, note that it's flat value that not affected by anything, so if your Body Armor has 1000ES, you simply get 1000 ES as long as your Helmet, Gloves and Boots have Armor/ES

Jewellery

• Replica Dragonfang's Flight with +3 Soulrend is best in slot
• Profane Proxy to not cast Despair manually and instead make Summon Skitterbots have Despair aura instead of Chill aura
• Snakepit to get +1 Chain, this ring slot is flexible, you can use anything else, but if clearing will feel bad, you can swap Forbidden Power to Profane Bloom or get Cluster Jewel with Unspeakable Gifts
• Rare Belt or Mageblood

Jewels

• Rare Jewels with ES + Attack Block if you need it, and damage mods
• The Light of Meaning (Chaos Damage) in top middle socket is good place
• Militant Faith (Dominus Inner Conviction), Inner Conviction grant 3% More Spell Damage per Power Charge
• Forbidden Flame/Flesh combo for example for Shaper of Storms
