Video is proof of 1 Div budget and showcase

Lightning Tendrils of Escalation is surprisingly strong skill, with really high DPS that you don't really expect from skill that has this huge AoE

Even on low budget with basic setup it has great DPS, Clearing and Defense. Build is easy and enjoyable to play, one of better builds out of 70+ builds i've tried on 1 Div budget!

+# Lightning/All Spells, Spell/Lightning Damage, Spell Crit Chance, Cast Speed, crafted Attack Block

Armor

Basically ES with Resists, searching hybrid %ES (%Increased Energy Shield (Local) below 42%) with empty Prefix is cheaper way to get high ES Armor

Jewellery

It's easy to cap Resists without Rings, so they can be used to get Damage, you looking for Cast Speed, Lightning Damage and also Crit Multi from Essence
Replica Dragonfang's Flight with +3 Lightning Tendrils is best in slot
Rare Belt with ES + Resists, can also get influenced Belt with %ES

Jewels

Watcher's Eye with Wrath's Lightning Damage is great cheap option, you can also possibly drop Mana-Infused Staff and fit Zealotry to get it's mods
Cluster Jewel with Arcane Adept, Megalomaniac is better option, you can find Arcane Adept with one or even two strong passives
Rare Jewels with ES + Damage mods
The Light of Meaning (Lightning Damage) is good too
Timeless Jewels also viable
