Wand: 1. Get like 50 
Profane Wand 2. Alt spam for spell damage, mana, flat lightning to spells. 3. Recombinate until all 3 are on a wand. 4. To not be stuck in recombinator hell you can now 5. Lock prefixes 6. Harvest reforge critical, if bad tier then lock prefixes and try again. If all affixes get filled you can annul in hopes of opening a suffix. 7. Lock prefixes and veil exalted orb for double damage, crit multi, double damage while focused, or cast speed. 8. Craft last affix as crit multi, spell crit chance, or cast speed depending on other stats your character has. Check dps in pob to see which is best. You can also just recombinate 5 mods and craft the last one. Can also just hit 3 prefixes and multimod.
Shield: 1. Get like 50 
Harmonic Spirit Shield 2. Alt spam for life, spell crit, and spell or lightning damage. 3. Recombinate until 3 mod. 4. Lock Prefixes and veiled exalt hoping for a double damage suffix. 5. Craft your last suffix for res / suppress / whatever you need. 6. Shaper Exalted orb is guaranteed to hit +1 totem on prefix, just make sure your suffixes are full.
Helmet: Recomb for life / mana / suppress or fracture suppress and use essences
Gloves: Same as above
Boots: Same as above
Ring: Get a t1 fractured life and harvest reroll for chaos / other res until you hit good res and mana
Belt: Same as above or use 
Screams of the Desiccated echoing / acceleration / 
Mageblood
Templar
Hierophant
Storm Burst of Repulsion gets a ton of damage and clear as the bursts now go outwards. For single target you keep casting the totems over and over causing the orbs to explode for more damage. The totem placement speed / storm burst buffs this league make this build feel essentially like your self casting, removing the downside of having to wait for the totem.
