IF your on a Voices (Adds 3 Small Passive Skills) setup then remove the jewel slot near duelist. You will have to drop 1 Inspired Learning.

I Think the play is to remove greater chain and use volatility.. theres no way theres ever going to be enough mobs for it to fully chain i think.

use Foulborn The Blue Nightmare that has these 2 foulborn mods:

Lightning Damage with Hits is Lucky if you've Blocked Spell Damage Recently
Passives granting Lightning Resistance or all Elemental Resistances in Radius also grant Lightning Damage Converted to Chaos Damage at 100% of its value

Then tatto x2-3 int nodes to lightning resistance.
Once you are using this setup, you will not need:

Exposure
Cureses that reduce resistances, such as Conductivity
Penetration (chance tincture to attackspeed)

Watcher's Eye:

Required mods: ES leech, Determ crit

Imbued Support:

LS: theres many you can use, some are better than others. these are NOT REQUIRED! if you dont have it then use a 21/20 gem.

How it Works

TLDR

Replica Dreamfeather scales our % attack damage.
use Wrath and Smite to get flat damage. This is why we dont bother with phys>elemental conversion or matching skill damage types. i.e molten strike is a fire skill but we only scale lightning.
We will get most of our armour by converting evasion rating to armour with Iron Reflexes. Due to the way this works, flat evasion is more valuable than flat armour.
Use flasks and auras like Determination and Grace to get % More Armour and Evasion.
Since we are using lots of auras we will get lots of increased effect of non-curse auras to scale our armour, flat lightning damage and energy shield!
since we have lots of armour, we can use Aegis Aurora to recover full energy shield every time we block!
