The build revoles around Elementalist and Shaper of Flames. This a damage overtime build wich will deal ignite damage.

You can choose what skill you want for your single target and clear:

Wave of Conviction (clear)
Vaal Flameblast (single target)
Divine Ire (clear) (single target)
Reap (single target)
Exsanguinate (clear)

Tanky
Satisfying Clear
Nearly immortal with invesment

You will not one shot bosses
The endgame damage is lower than hit based builds

+15% chance to Suppress Spell Damage if Equipped Helmet, Body Armour, Gloves, and Boots all have Evasion Rating
