Necromancer⚡Build Overview
It’s not just a regular 
Necromancer 
Kinetic Blast of Clustering. This version is faster and stronger, especially for the current meta, because I’m using 
Farrul's Will and a spectre (Perfect Forest Tiger, or regular if low budget), which makes the build both faster on maps and stronger overall. We receive 
Haste aura from Perfect Forest Tiger - which gives %increased movement and attack speed - and Farrul's Will also gives the same buffs. So we get double!
If you don’t know how Kinetic Blast of Clustering works, then in simple words: when you use the skill, it creates multiple overlapping explosions, dealing damage to enemies in a huge radius. That’s basically the core mechanic you need to understand.
So, regarding the build — what is it good at and what can it handle?
Pretty much almost all content. The clear speed is insane, the survivability is very strong because we have around 10k Energy Shield (I currently have ~9k), plus:
- Chaos damage immunity (
Chaos Inoculation) - Max attack and spell block
- Huge Energy Shield leech
So with this build, you can farm anything your heart desires — except Simulacrum and deep Delve, those are less optimal.
🐾Spectre Choose
To make Farrul's Will work, your spectre should have Beast tag and the best spectre in game with this tag is - Perfect Forest Tiger, which gives Haste aura. But if you can't afford Perfect version - just buy regular one without haste.
💲 Build Cost
My current version costs around 100–150 divines, but I added cheaper versions of the build below my YouTube video.
🟡 Build Playstyle
Everything is very simple. Despite the fact that this build also uses a spectre, and Runegraft which we only activate on bosses — in maps you just move around with 
Shield Charge and press one button Kinetic Blast of Clustering — everything dies, and you’re happy.
If your spectre is too far away — press 
Convocation to bring it closer so you keep the buffs.
If the spectre dies — it’s not a big deal, it will re-summon itself in the next map or in the hideout.
DO NOT remove your 
Raise Spectre skill gem from the item, or you might forget to put it back and lose the spectre (especially if it’s a Perfect Forest Tiger worth 10+ Divines).
In boss fights use your Runegraft with Dance in the White skill, which casts Tornado - then just spam your Kinetic Blast of Clustering, use 
Steelskin if needed.
