Build Overview

This build Utilizes the New Unique Helmet The Unblinking Eye with the line "Increases and Reducedtions to your Evasion Rating also apply to Spell Damage" in combination with a The Perfect Form with the line " Evasion Rating is Increased by Overcapped Cold Resistance" along with the cold mastery "1% Increased Cold Damage Over Time Multiplier per 4% Overcapped Cold Resistance" to create a chain of incredible all-around scaling based entirely on stacking large amounts of cold resistance.

Our Primary clear is Vaal Cold Snap along with Wintertide Brand. Vaal Cold Snap does a majority of the clear by itself and is much like a cold-based Righteous Fire that creates a cold damage over time area around you for about 15-20 seconds, automatically melting any mobs that come within its large radius.

For single target we also use our regular Cold Snap which will make use of our Pact of Ghorr and Shaper of Storms for huge additional single target.

This is not a leaguestarter! But here is a Twink Leveling Setup you can use to transition to this build smoothly. You can use a few Alternation Orbs on a vendor wand & Shield when you first get to town in Act 1 to roll for +1 to all cold spells on both.
