Imperial Skean - best base, try to get a fractured +1 all spell, or +1 fire skill. Spam essences of Zeal or Loathing, whichever is cheaper to get 3 good suffixes, attack speed, crit chance and spell critical strike chance. Then lock suffixes, and reforge fire for +1 fire if you have +1 all spell fractured. If not, reforge caster in hopes of getting a high tier Spell Damage, then bench craft "Hits can't be evaded"
Archdemon Crown - best base. Get it shaper influenced, spam Essences of Horror until you it 2nd suffix, either Hypo, or Spell crit. If you hit Hypo, lock suffixes, reforge caster. If you hit spell crit, lock suffixes, reforge cold. Once you got your suffixes, lock them, veiled chaos for +2 AOE, bench craft mana, then go to the boat and exalt, you NEED level 20 increased area.
Titanium Spirit Shield - best base, get fractured +1 fire, spam essences of Loathing for block chance until you high high tier of spell damage, lock prefixes, and reforge crit for spell crit.
Rings - 2 Pearl of Tsoatha, CAST ON CRIT AND GREATER VOLLEY ARE MANDATORY!!!! You can swap gems around based on what you find on the market, the best supports are: Cast on crit, Greater Volley, Increased critical strike, Increased critical damage, Fire penetration, Inspiration, Culling Strike, Slower Projectiles, Combustion
Phantom Mitts - best base, try and get a fractured AOE base, spam essences for chaos res, suppress and a 2nd res, check which essences are cheaper. For prefixes, life and high evasion/es are good.
Phantom Boots - best base, fractured suppress is the best one, but could be expensive, adjust based on your budget. Get chaos res, ele res, movement speed, life and suppress

Ashes of the Stars - best amulet, get a 30% quality one, anoint
