Build Overview

Chosen of Aul is a strength and intelligence stacking build. There are many ways in which this build uses these attributes. We utilize Righteous Providence to cap our crit, both attributes give us massive amount of energy shield and accuracy thanks to Shaper's Touch, we gain % damage from Crown of Eyes and the flat damage from Replica Alberon's Warpath

Additionally the build is immune to vast majority of debuffs in the game. Ailments immunity gets covered by Purity of Elements, we also have immunity to action speed reducing debuffs thanks to Precursor's Release and Aul bloodline ascendancy, the more expensive Mageblood is also immune to stuns and bleeds.

Defensively we possess massive amount of energy shield, we're almost block capped with glancing blows while having ~50k armour and recovery with aegis, Mageblood version also sits at 90% all resistances. We also use Flesh and Stone as an additional defensive layer and we can generate endurance charges relatively easily with Inexorable.

All of these features make a very strong and fun to play build with basically no weaknesses. Since all of our damage comes from strength, you can also pick a lot of different skills you want to play with, i recommend Smite of Divine Judgement though.

Strengths and Weaknesses

  • - Incredible scaling
    - Immunity to virtually any dangerous debuff in the game
    - Very high damage and tankiness
    - Decent clear speed
    - Capable of doing basically any content, including Valdo maps
  • - Expensive, around 200 divines for the cheaper version, closer to 400 divines for the Mageblood version
