Brutus of Divine Judgment is a strength stacking build, utilizing cheap unique items allowing us to utilize strength stacking from almost very beginning of the league start. Strength stacking allows us to scale damage and defence simultaneously, making it a very strong and all around powerful character. The core items that the build uses:

Brutus' Lead Sprinkler is a fantastic and incredibly cheap weapon, it provides the more flat fire damage the more strength you have. Additionally it has very high crit chance, allowing us to spec into crit which further increases our damage

Crown of Eyes another very important piece, this helmet with a combination of Iron Will will increase our % damage the more strength we have. At the very high levels of investment it can provide a 1000% increased attack damage or even more

These are the bare bones of the build, but there are other important items that further boost our power, like Rathpith Globe that will increase our %damage even further, or Iron Fortress that will give us massive amount of block and damage at the same time.

Use Leap Slam or Shield Charge to move around and Smite of Divine Judgement everything to death. Use Enduring Cry on your left click, this way you're gonna use it every time it's off cooldown, giving you permanent endurance charges and huge amount of regeneration
