Strengths and Weaknesses
- Everything. It's Perfect. It's the most well-rounded build I have ever played.
- It's tanky, fast, good against bosses, it basically has no flaws.
- requires some budget
- requires good PC xd it's not a joke, this build's pretty laggy
Build Variants
I provide only 1 variant, but this build has so much freedom.
You can equip shield, scepter, or double wield, anything, you can even choose other ascendancy, or you can choose different armour type.

Constricting Command
You Should get one with Require [5 or 6] fewer enemies to be Srrounded!
I use 
Headhunter, but it's not needed, you can use 
Darkness Enthroned too, get one with gloves slot, and get more accuracy.
What I really recommend you is just getting a rare belt, this way it's easier to get more ele res and you have more freedom choosing other parts of the items.
