Optimal gloves and boots you want to get exceptional base for an extra rune socket and craft them with Essence of Horror to get 100% increased effect of socketables, Uromoti's Soul Core of Attenuation on boots for poison duration and Courtesan Mannan's Rune of Cruelty on gloves for ailment magnitude for big damage.

Other ring options are rare ring with big flat damage, or Ming's Heart

You can use Headhunter if you can afford it otherwise Shavronne's Satchel is very good defense.

Pretty much any Rite of Passage are insanely good, pick whatever you want
