PoE 2: All Permanent Buffs from Campaign

The Campaign in Path of Exile 2 has multiple quests/side bosses that grant your character permanent buffs. While playing through the game, you might miss some of these buffs as they are not explicitly told to you.

Here's a rundown of all the buffs you can get by the time you finish the Campaign (Normal & Cruel):

List of Permanent Buffs

• +20% All Res (Lightning Res buff is easy to miss)
• +24 Weapon Set Skill Points
• +100 Spirit
• +20 Maximum Life
• +8% increased Maximum Life
• Choose 1 (Choice can be changed, buff is given twice)
• • +30% Increased Charm Charges
  • +15% Mana Recovery from Flasks
• Choose 1 (Choice cannot be changed)
• • 25% increased Stun Threshold
  • 30% increased Elemental Ailment Threshold
  • 25% increased Mana Regeneration Rate
• Choose 1 (Choice cannot be changed)
• • +10% Chaos Resistance
  • +5 to All Attributes
  • +15% reduced Slowing Potency Debuffs

Unless specified otherwise, Permanent Buffs will be granted twice upon completing the Normal Campaign and Cruel. Some buffs are different in Cruel.

The World Map will indicate what content provides permanent buffs in the form of a small symbol on the bottom left/right of the icon. You will know you have completed the task if the symbol is grayed out.

Every World Map is procedurally generated, meaning your map is unique/won't be the same as another players map.

Even still, the Map contains icons that indicate

• Campaign/optional bosses (Skulls)
• Act Boss (Large Skull)
• Guaranteed loot (chests)
• Side Quests (any other symbol)

• +10% Cold Resistance
• Kill Optional Boss

Hunting Grounds - Crowbell

• +2 Weapon Set Passive Skill Points
• Kill Optional Boss

Freythorn - The King in the Mists

• +30 Spirit
• Kill Optional Boss
• Must complete Rituals first to summon boss

Ogham Farmlands - Una's Hut

• +2 Weapon Set Passive Skill Points
• Deliver Una's Lute to Una

Ogham Manor - Candlemass, The Living Right

• Normal: +20 Maximum Life
• Cruel: +8% increased Maximum Life
• Kill Optional Boss

Keth - Kabala, Constrictor Queen

• +2 Weapon Set Passive Skill Points
• Kill Optional Boss

Valley of the Titans

• Choose 1 (choice can be changed by revisiting location)
• • +30% increased Charm Charges
  • +15% increased Mana Recovery from Flasks
• Location is right next to Waypoint
• Insert 2 Relics
• • Kabala Clan Relic (Dropped by monsters in Keth)
  • Sun Clan Relic (Dropped by monsters in The Bone Pits)

Deshar - Final Letter

• +2 Weapon Set Passive Skill Points
• Deliver letter to Shambrin

The Spires of Deshar - Sisters of Garukhan Shrine

• +10% Lightning Resistance
• Explore the map and click on the Shrine.
