Permanent Buffs: Act 4 and Interlude

This guide contains the known locations of the Permanent Buffs and Bonuses in Act 4 PoE 2 0.3. This list of Permanent Buffs and Bonuses is rough and will be cleaned up with additional information.

PoE 2 - Act 4 Campaign Permanent Buffs

• Journey's End: Defeat Omniphobia: +2 Weapon Set Skill Points (NEW IN 0.4)
• Isle of Kin: +2 Weapon Set Skill Points - Slay the Blind Beast CHANGED IN 0.4
• Isle of Kin: Beast Pen - Lvl 11/12 Skill Gem + Level 4 Uncut Support (Level of Skill Gem depends on the order you completed each area of Act 4 and the Area Level of Isle of Kin as a result)
• Volcanic Warrens: Volcanic Nest - Two bosses, possible Rare Ring drop?
• Halls of the Dead: Trial of Ngkanu - Choice between +5% Fire Res or +5 Strength, +5% Cold Resistance or +5 Dexterity, and +5% Lightning Resistance or +5 Intelligence
• Halls of the Dead: 5% increased Maximum Mana
• Trail of the Ancestors: +2 Weapon Set Skill Points (complete the Trial, speak to Hinekora at the end)
• Abandoned Prison: Choice between 30% increased Life or Mana Recovery from Flasks
• Whakapanu Island: Crab Cave: Uncut Support Level 4
• Singing Caverns: Beckoning Clam - Return the Pearl to Rog in Kingsmarch for a Rare Pearlescent Amulet (implicit grants #% to All Elemental Resistances)
• Arastas: Morning Bell - 3 Regal Orbs. Evening Bell - 3 Exalted Orbs
• Ngkanu: Greater Jeweller's Orb (?) - Might be a coincidence but has been reported that the Abyss in this area drops a Greater Jeweller's Orb
• You can also unlock a Logbook by collecting the four Map Fragments scattered across the various islands

PoE 2 - Interlude Permanent Buffs

Act 5.1 - Ogham

• Holten: Soul of the Ferryman is standing by the docks and sells you Greater Runes at a very low price (~2000 Gold each)
• Wolvenhold - Boss (Wolvenhold is found after Holten): +2 Weapon Set Skill Points

Act 5.2 - Khari Bazaar

• The Khari Crossing - Skullmaw Stairway - Molten One's Gift: +5% to Maximum Life. You might need to find a seal in the Khari Crossing and click it to open access. Seems a bit buggy - might need to find both seals, then reset the instance, then find the door again
• The Khari Crossing - Torbek (Mechant): sells several rare Caster Weapons at a discount
• The Khari Crossing: Slay the Worm and Scorpion - Risu will grant you +2 Weapon Set Skill Points
• Qimah - Choice of 7 Boons (can be changed by returning here)

• Sel Khari Sanctuary: Choice of 2: Rare Ring/Amulet/Jewel - find the Baryas of Rageen and Yoon, place them on the pedestals and they will grant you a wish for Jewellery
• Qimah Reservoir: Restore the Wells for a Currency item from each (seems to be Exalt/Alchemy?)

Act 5.3 - Mount Kriar

• Ashen Forest - Ancient Monument - Uncut Skill Gem Level 14
• Kriar Village: Slay Lythara, the Wayward Spear - +40 Maximum Spirit
• Howling Caves: Slay the Yeti - +2 Weapon Set Skill Points
• Kriar Peaks: Elder Madox - Choose a Unique Item
