Use Vaal Guards (50 spirit) which are found in Utzaal for your Bind Spectre. Personally, I go for 3 Skeletal Sniper and then as many Bind Spectre as I can get, but feel free to experiment!
Tier 3 Support Gem Order:
- Feeding Frenzy I for Skeletal Sniper
- Feeding Frenzy I for Raging Spirits (Use the Elemental Armament II from your Skeletal Sniperuntil you get this)
- Feeding Frenzy I for Bind Spectre (Use Elemental Armament II if you don't have a Tier 3 Support Gem)
Make sure you have enough support gems for your Bind Spectre at the end of Act 3. You'll need 3 support gems. A Tier 1, 2, and 3. You'll get a Lesser Jeweller's Orb for this in the Isle of Kin at the start of Act 4 if you don't have one spare.

How it Plays
In early Act 1, use 
Contagion and 
Unearth to clear trash monsters. You'll drop Unearth by the time you reach level 6 and swap to 
Essence Drain.
For bossing, place Flame Wall and Frost Bomb on the boss, and use Skeletal Sniper's Gas Arrow afterwards. Gas Arrow will detonate when it touches an ignited enemy, dealing insane damage.
When you get Raging Spirits after Freythorn, summon them with Flame Wall when Gas Arrow is on cooldown. Don't forget to keep exposure up with Frost Bomb.
In Act 3, you'll start using Elemental Weakness. Just cast this before your normal rotation.
Bind Spectre (Vaal Guard, 50 spirit) doesn't change how you play whatsoever, but they bring a lot of power.

You can play minions on either Infernalist or Lich.

Necromantic Conduit - Second Acenscion: Skip OR
Soulless Form
You'll get your third ascendancy at the end of the campaign. Follow your endgame build for that.
