Endgame
In this setup we use 
Constricting Command to focus on Surrounded passives as well as 
Guiding Palm of the Eye that has a great synergy with 
Herald of Ice to shatter corpses as Explosions really hurt (one shot).
Even with recent nerfs to Constricting Command where it requires to have at least 1 enemy around you (get 4 surrounded on the head piece) which we always get even in boss room it is still VERY BROKEN and strong.

Akoyan Spear is the best base as it has the highest Critical Chance. Look for Phys damage %, flat phys, lightning damage or extra %, projectile skills, attack speed.
Stats too look for flat damage lightning ideally on rings, lightning % damage, life, resistances and armor which goes for other parts.
Try to also get +3 projectile skills on Amulet with a bunch of life/armor as that will BOOST you a LOT.
Jewels
Get at least one 
Sapphire with % mana on kill for easy sustain. Other jewels with generic damage mods and attack speed are good.
Heart of the Well with % armor increase from Body armor. Critical chance/attack speed are good options. Best would be to get % extra lightning damage as last affix.
DEFENSE
I went with Armor stacking as it's pretty strong since it can apply to Elemental damage BUT probably ideal setup would be Evasion / Energy Shield hybrid with passives like 
Subterfuge Mask and Spectral Ward.
Max Energy Shield % rolls extremely high on an Amulet as prefix as well as Sapphire jewels.

Combat Frenzy and manually casting Sniper's Mark which is not really needed on maps just Bosses single target.
Wind Dancer applies poison and breaks armor with Corrosion which is a GREAT synergy with Scavenged Plating for more armor.
For MOVEMENT you can add 
Rhoa Mount instead of Dancer and Plating.
