Build Overview

This build is absolutely OP in 0.2 Dawn of The Hunt and you don't need to sell your organs to afford it! Clearspeed is AWESOME, Boss Damage is AMAZING, Survivability is ENOUGH! Whole explanation you can find on my YouTube channel - Raychich

PLAYSTYLE

While mapping, we run around with Rhoa Mount and just press one button — Lightning Spear
It kills monsters, triggers Cast on Critical with Sniper's Mark for extra damage, and also triggers Herald of Thunder for better clear.
On top of that, it gives us frenzy charges, which significantly boost clear speed.

When it comes to boss fights we use Orb of Storms to generate Rage, cast Conductivity (for which we have a separate small skill tree — I’ll explain that later), and then cast Storm Lance

Build Variants

I spent around 5-6 divs and was lvl 82 at the moment of recording and was able to farm tier 15, kill Xesht, lvl 80 Trial of Chaos without dying and issuesi

Weapon 1: Buy Tangletongue with as much +Critical Hit Chance as possible (depends on your budget) and ideally with %Increased Attack Speed/Accuracy Rating/Lightning Damage/Physical Damage in Implicit.

Weapon 2: Buy any sceptre (or Omen Sceptre for Malice) with 130+ spirit and one of attributes you need

Helmet: Find Armour/ES Base or Evasion/ES Base (but don't forget about your attributes). Helmet should be with maximum life, attributes and resistances.

Body: Buy chest with as much evasion as possible (1500+) also maximum life, resistances/attributes

Rings: Mods on rings should be - life, resistances, flat damage (lightning is best), attributes, accuracy

Belt: Buy something with maximum life, resistances and attributes or Ingenuity if you have more currency
