Skill Rotation for Max Damage:

1. Parry an enemy to apply the parry effect.
2. Follow up with Fangs of Frost on the parried enemy to create chilled ground.
3. Use Whirling Slash three times to fully charge the whirlwind on the chilled ground.
4. Stay in the whirlwind and use Barrage to empower your next skill.
5. After Barrage, fire off Twister for a massive volley of Twisters.
