Major Mechanics
x85 Seed Stagger Check
- Boss teleports to the center to commence a stagger check.
- Green and purple seed projectiles are fired towards the bottom side of the map.
- The boss will cause an explosion on the players after the stagger check.
Green Seeds
Taking a green seed will grant you a stagger buff stack, up to 3 stacks.
Purple Seeds
Taking a purple seed will remove a stagger buff stack. Taking 3 purple seeds will root you. When a purple seed hits the edge of the battlefield, it will cause yellow telegraph attacks to appear.
- Take up to 3 green seeds. Avoid the purple seeds if you need to stagger.
- Avoid the yellow telegraphs that appear when the purple seeds hit the edge.
- Stagger the boss.
- Stay away from teammates to avoid stacking explosions.
x45 Fire Weakness
- Boss appears at a corner of the battlefield.
- The boss will dash towards the other corners.
- Yellow telegraph attacks will appear.
- Exploding flowers will appear beneath you.
Then:
- The boss will teleport to the center.
- A player will be targeted.
- The boss will be surrounded by vines and get a reflection shield. Any damage dealt will be reflected.
- The reflection shield duration is shown by a blue icon below the boss' HP bar.
- Successfully completing the mechanic will weaken the boss for the duration of the fight.
- Otherwise, the boss' speed and damage will increase instead.
Targeted Player / Golden Areas
Golden areas will appear, the targeted player is responsible for dealing with them.
- If a plant attack hits the golden area, it will disappear.
- If a golden area isn't dealt with, it will inflict sleep to nearby players.
The plants surrounding the battlefield will attack the targeted player, meaning only the targeted player can cause the plant to attack the golden area.
Weakness Debuff
The following debuffs can be checked by looking below the boss' HP bar.
The boss will have a stacking weakness debuff, with 2 checkpoints:
- At 15 stacks, the boss becomes vulnerable to fire damage.
- At 25 stacks, the boss becomes even weaker.
A new bright green debuff icon will appear after 15 stacks, upon reaching 25 stacks it will turn yellow. The weakness will remain for the duration of the fight.
Purple Areas
Purple areas will appear, everyone is responsible for dealing with them.
- Attacking the purple area twice will throw it at the boss, the attack direction doesn't matter.
- Every time the boss gets hit by the purple area, it will gain a weakness debuff stack.
Everyone
- Stay around the middle when the boss starts dashing.
- Move away from the plants as they spawn beneath you.
- Do not DPS the boss, any damage is reflected.
- Attack any purple areas twice.
- Use and fire element spells after the reflection shield runs out.
Targeted Player
The targeted player must do the above, and the following:
- Look for yellow areas.
- Stay on top of the yellow areas for the plant to attack it.
Additional Tip
After the reflection shield runs out, you have around 2 seconds before the boss explodes. If you're close to 25 stacks, you can get the remaining stacks before attacking the boss with fire elemental attacks. This ensures the boss is weakened as much as possible throughout the rest of the fight.
Counterable Mechanics
Spin Counter
The boss will spin and cause a counterable dash forward. If you don't counter the first time, she will dash again, giving you another opportunity.
Clones
The boss summons 3 clones. Only the real one is counterable. The real boss will:
- Be the first out of the 4 bosses to appear.
- Have a blue orb above them.
Notable Mechanics
Trueshot Barrage
The boss raises their hand causing a circle to spin on top of her. She focuses on a player then throws 4 projectiles, getting hit by multiple projectiles will likely kill you.
Inside Outside Safe
The boss starts setting up either an outside or inside attack, they are easy to tell apart:
- The outside safe set-up shows tentacle-like patterns appearing beneath her (similar to Brelshaza's tentacles).
- The inside safe set-up has a pattern that appears outside (the inside will be clear).
Both attacks are spin attacks and are not instant (they will last a few seconds).
Medusa
A pink aura appears around the boss, players should look away to avoid the sleep debuff.
Inside Safe Plant
The boss fires a plant forward. If a player gets hit it causes an inside safe attack.
Inside Safe Jump
The boss jumps forward. If a player gets hit it causes an inside safe attack.
Tentacle Throw
The boss spawns a tenacle behind them, knocking down players hit by it. If a player gets hit, they get slinged forward causes great damage.
Avoid standing in front of the boss.
Large Red Telegraphs
Large red telegraphs will do a lot of damage, make sure you don't get hit by multiple.
