Greater Mark of Attack Speed x9
Greater Seal of Armor x9
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist x9
Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage x3
Warwick absolutely loves Attack Speed and Attack Damage, so Attack Speed Marks and Attack Damage Quintessences are the go-to choices for maximizing his damage output. Armor Seals help with his early jungle clear and make him stronger during early duels against enemy champions.
Magic Resist Glyphs provide extra protection against magic damage, and you can opt for Scaling Magic Resist Glyphs if the enemy team doesn't have much magic damage early on, giving you stronger defenses as the game progresses.

While playing Warwick, he already deals a huge amount of damage with his item setup, so investing into the Offense tree helps enhance his strengths even further. Since Warwick deals a mix of physical and magic damage, he makes great use of the offensive bonuses provided.
As a jungler, you want to move around the map efficiently, making Utility a strong secondary choice. The extra movement speed and improved buff duration help you control the jungle, rotate faster, and make better use of your buffs throughout the game.
Eternal Thirst - Warwick's attacks will heal him, each successive attack agaisnt the same target will steal more and more health
Hungering Strike - Strike an enemy and heals warwick
Hunters Call - Lets out a howl that inspires all nearby allied champions, giving attack speed to warwick and allies

Warwick is one of the safest farming junglers thanks to his sustain. Focus on clearing your camps and avoid forcing early games unless an enemy is heavily overextended. Your strength comes from consistently farming towards level 6.
If you know the jungler is topside, you can look for dragons, as you have so much sustain, you can easily solo it. When you do get your ultimate, your ganks become reliable, especially when combined with a teammate who can follow up on your suppression. Continue farming between ganks, and when your ultimate is off cooldown, look for your next target.
