How to Play
Tryndamere wants to build fury by farming before looking for trades. Once your fury bar is full, use the extra critical strike chance to pressure your opponent with auto attacks. Your Q provides sustain, allowing you to recover after trades.
Avoid taking bad fights before you've built up fury. Remember to always ward and only E in if you know the jungler isn't close. When you hit level 6, your ultimate makes tower dives and extended duels heavily favour you if timed correctly.
Runes Explained
Tryndamere already gains a lot of Attack Damage naturally, so for our offensive runes we want to focus on Attack Speed to make his basic attacks more effective. Attack Speed Marks and Attack Speed Glyphs help increase his damage output and improve his ability to trade.
Life Steal Quintessences provide extra sustain, allowing him to stay in fights longer and recover health while dealing damage. For Seals, focus on defensive stats and take Armor or Magic Resist depending on your lane matchup.
Masteries Explained
While playing
Tryndamere, you want to put the majority of your points into the Offense tree since he benefits greatly from everything it provides. The extra Attack Speed and Physical Damage help him win more trades, secure kills in lane, and snowball throughout the game.
Since
Tryndamere often spins directly into danger and fights up close, put the remaining points into the Defense tree for additional health and resistances, allowing him to survive longer during fights.
