Greater Mark of Attack Speed x9
Greater Seal of Armor x9
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist x9
Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage x3
For
Master Yi's runes, we want a combination of Attack Speed and Attack Damage since he naturally gains a lot of Attack Speed and makes excellent use of on-hit items. Attack Speed Marks and Attack Damage Quintessences help maximize his damage output, making his jungle clears faster and his fights much stronger.
Armor Seals are great for helping him survive the early jungle and reduce the damage taken from monsters and enemy champions. Instead of taking flat Magic Resist Glyphs, we can use Scaling Magic Resist Glyphs since they become more valuable as the game goes on.

While playing
Master Yi, we often get stuck in the middle of team fights, dealing a lot of damage while also becoming a major focus for the enemy team. This is why we want the Offense tree as our main tree and Defense as our secondary.
Master Yi makes excellent use of the Attack Speed and Attack Damage provided by Offense, allowing him to shred through enemies faster.
The extra health and armor from Defense help him survive longer in fights, while points in Bladed Armor improve his jungle clear speed and make farming more efficient.
Wuju Style (E) passive increases attack damage doubled when active
Double Strike (P) is percent chance based
Alpha Strike (Q) can not be directed after finishing movementsOur experts are currently testing LoL Classic builds for

Master Yi is a farming jungler who becomes way stronger as the game progresses. Focus on clearing your jungle efficiently and avoid early fights against over strong jungler, as Yi relies on items. Only look for ganks if an enemy is heavily overextended, using Q to close the gap before following up with your E for extra damage.
Your goal is to farm towards Wriggle's Lantern so you have even more damage and sustain. Once level 6 arrives, your ultimate gives you great chasing power and allows you to clean up fights, especially if you can pick up a kill and chain the resets.
