Greater Mark of Magic Penetration x9
Greater Seal of Armor x9
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist x9
Greater Quintessence of Ability Power x3
Since
Kayle builds a lot of Attack Speed, we can focus our runes on Ability Power and Magic Penetration to get the most value out of her damage. Magic Penetration Marks help her deal more damage, especially against tankier champions, while Flat Ability Power Quintessences give her a stronger early game and increase the damage of her abilities.
Armor Seals provide protection against physical damage during the laning phase, and Magic Resist Glyphs help keep you safe against magic damage throughout the game.

For
Kayle's masteries we want to max out the Offense tree since she makes excellent use of both Attack Damage and Magic Damage. Because she relies so heavily on her basic attacks, the bonus Attack Speed, hybrid penetration, and increased damage all work perfectly with her kit.
For your secondary tree, Defense is the best choice.
Kayle needs time to scale into the late game, and the extra health, armor, and magic resist help her get through the early laning phase more safely so she can farm up and reach her core items.
Holy Fervor (P) grants attack damage as ability power and vice versa
Reckoning (Q) Kayle blasts a target, dealing damage, slowing their movement speed and applying a stack of Holy Fervor
Righteous Fury (E) Kayle increases her attack range and her basic attacks deal additional damage to her target and nearby enemies
Intervention (R) Bathes Kayle's target in a holy light, rendering them immune to all damage for a short timeOur experts are currently testing LoL Classic builds for
Kayle on the PBE.
Check back often as we make updates based on PBE changes and as the Classic meta develops!
Kayle starts the lane relatively weak and should focus on farming while using E to safely last hit minions. Avoid long trades early against stronger melee champions; instead, look for quick attacks whenever your E is active. Remember to ward when you can and use your W for increased movement speed if needed.
Once you've completed your first item, your damage becomes much stronger. Save your ultimate for crucial fights or tower dives, as a well-timed ultimate can completely swing a fight.
