How to Play
While playing
Ahri focus on farming during the first few levels while using your Q to poke when the enemy walks up for CS.
Mana is pretty limited early, so don't spam abilities unnecessarily. Once you reach level 3, you can start looking for trades with your E, especially if your jungler is nearby, as landing it often forces Flash or secures a kill.
Before level 6 you're vulnerable to ganks due to your lack of mobility, so try to keep the wave on your side of the lane and ward your bushes.
Aim to recall for your first major component, then at level 6 use your ultimate to create kill opportunities in mid or in the other lanes.
Runes Explained
As
Ahri is a mage, we want to prioritize Ability Power and Magic Penetration to maximize her damage output, making it easier to secure kills and snowball the game. For our Seals and Glyphs, pick up Armor and Magic Resist to help while trading during the laning phase.
Masteries Explained
When playing
Ahri, you should focus on the offense tree, as it provides Ability Power, Magic Penetration, and Cooldown Reduction, all of which are ideal for her. The remaining points should be invested in the Utility tree, which offers Mana Regeneration and reduced cooldown on your Summoner Spells. If you're facing assassins in lane, you can instead choose the Defense tree as your secondary to gain extra survivability.
