His Ultimate R allows him to shred through the enemy team if they happen to be grouped closely together. This makes Twitch very good in choke points.
He can use his Q to scout for his team. If he is ahead, he can even flank and completely blow you up when he activates his E.
Twitch has tons of burst damage when he has gone AP. In an extended trade, he can easily kill someone if he is able to auto-attack them for free.
Extremely squishy and can be easily killed if he is CC’d. His positioning matters in team fights as well, otherwise, he can get flanked by enemy assassins and get instantly deleted.
Without his Ultimate R or Q, his ability to dominate a team fight drastically decreases. Fighting him during this stage will give the enemy team a much greater chance of winning.
Practically gets countered by a Control Ward as it forces him to reroute. This is because of the short-ranged nature of his auto-attacks, which makes him get detected quite easily.

Use the lane brushes and just keep landing your W on the enemy. Once they have 3 stacks of your Passive, use your E.
Your Q should only be used when the Jungler is ganking or when you have decided to go in your ADC. Be very careful about getting too close to your enemies.
Make sure you keep stacking your Support item regularly. Also, you are entitled to some farm in the lane provided your ADC has died or has recalled with the wave at a bad spot.
15 - 25 min
Roam around with your Q as much as you can as it can allow you to get kills with utmost ease. You will also want to ensure that you keep clearing Control Wards on the map.
During neutral objective fights, you should close off Jungle paths from where the enemy is about to come. Your W should let you do that easily but drop it in one of the river entrance brushes.
Protecting your ADC should be important but don't go around throwing your life for it. If your ADC has become a liability, feel free to take matters into your own hands.
25+ min
You will be uber powerful during this phase of the game. Make sure that you do not do anything that can get you caught out and killed as it would mean a free Baron or Dragon for the team.
Your W and Ultimate R will allow you to run around the map and blow squishies up if you go for the AP build. If you go for the AD build, just focus on cleaving through the enemy team with your Ultimate R.
Getting a defensive item should help you a lot as it will keep you alive for a longer period, especially if you are going for a secondary ADC build. Just play safely and look for picks."
Look for extended trades early. Twitch’s damage in the very early game is quite strong if he can get a long extended trade down.
After he picks up his first component item, Twitch’s trading power increases dramatically. He will be a huge problem for the enemy if he can sneak up on them with his Q.
At level 6, Twitch can go for scarier trades with the enemy. The extra stats he gets from his Ultimate R will help him get kills with his ADC.
His first ability will be maxed out at level 9. This will significantly boost his damage and let her one-shot squishies if they take many auto-attacks from Twitch.
Once he has 2 points in his Ultimate R, he will easily be able to take over team fights and disrupt them as well. His positioning will matter a lot.
Twitch is really good in mid-game fights as he can overrun the enemies down if they are clumped together. That, combined with his W slow and life-steal, will prevent him from dying.
Three points in his Ultimate R will give him a huge power spike. The ability will be up frequently, allowing him to secure picks when possible.
His life steal and damage during the late game will make him really good in team fights. He will just need to maintain proper positioning and use his Q and E at the right time.
He will have multiple items during this phase of the game. It will allow him to dish out tons of damage. Prolonged team fights will see him winning effortlessly.
