Cast your Ultimate R on the tankiest member of the enemy team during team fights. The extra stats will help you a ton.
Go for aggressive plays early. Look to use your Pillar E when the enemy walks too far forward or is close to the wall to make it harder for them to escape a skirmish.
If you can, try and auto-attack before using your Q to get extra damage down in a skirmish. However, use your Q first if you need to slow them as soon as possible.

For runes, you should pick Glacial Augment as your keystone, followed by Magical Footwear, Biscuit Delivery and Approach Velocity in the primary tree, as well as Second Wind and Overgrowth in the secondary tree.
