Nasus Matchups Overview
Nasus General information
Nasus tips and tricks
Try your hardest to get as many stacks on your Q as possible. Make sure you use it to last hit with on the large monsters.
Nasus is a late-game monster and should look to split push during the mid and late game. But, if your team needs you in team fights, be prepared to group and help your team.
You can start ganking as soon as you hit level 4. To make ganking easier, playing around your Summoner Spells, and look to only gank overextended lanes early on.

The Best Nasus Builds, Runes and Items for Jungle in Emerald +
Most Popular
If you want to use the most popular Nasus Jungle build, you should take Ghost and Smite as your Summoner Spells. For runes, you should pick Fleet Footwork as your keystone, followed by Triumph, Legend: Haste and Last Stand in the primary tree, as well as Second Wind and Unflinching in the secondary tree. For rune shards, you want Ability Haste in offense, Health Scaling in flex and Health Scaling in defense, though it depends on the matchup. Finally, for your items, you should build Trinity Force as your first item, followed by Ionian Boots of Lucidity and Frozen Heart. For your last 3 items, you should build Spirit Visage, Thornmail and finish with Dead Man's Plate. For the skill order, you want to stick with Q - W - E. Right now, this build has 51.4% winrate over 311 matches played.
Optional
Your second option for Nasus Jungle build would be to take Ghost and Smite as your Summoner Spells. The runes that this build takes advantage of are Phase Rush as your keystone, Manaflow Band, Transcendence and Scorch in the primary tree, and Approach Velocity with Biscuit Delivery in the secondary tree. The shards used in this build are Adaptive Force in offense, Adaptive Force in flex and Health Scaling in defense. The items for the build are Trinity Force, which you should build first, followed by Ionian Boots of Lucidity as your second item and Frozen Heart as your third item. The rest of the items in order are Spirit Visage, Thornmail and Sterak's Gage. The skill order for this build is Q - W - E. In the current patch, this build has a 50.8% win rate over 183 matches.
Situational Nasus Runes and Items
Depending on the context of your game, your matchup, and enemy champions, you might want to consider building some situational items or take specific runes. Carefully examine your team, enemy team, game state , and your matchup to plan your Nasus build accordingly! For example, when it comes to rune shards, you might want to take either Armor or Magic Resist, depending on which champion you are about to lane against.
