Really good burst potential with her entire Q, E, Ultimate combo. This can delete a squishy enemy with ease starting from level six itself.
Her W shield is deceptively strong as it can allow her to save all her team members from a lot of poke. This is also applicable when she is Support.
Her Q can be used to secure picks inside the enemy Jungle or from blind areas. This can be extremely beneficial if the picked target happens to be the enemy Jungler or the ranged carry.
Very immobile and can be killed almost immediately if she is caught out without her Q. Layered CC will make her absolutely useless.
She is somewhat item reliant, so camping and killing her a lot during the early game will just make her a shield bot during the late game.
She can be picked off easily by the enemy team if she wanders too far from her team, or when she is trying to take the Blue Buff. She will also be very weak against complete all-ins from the enemy team.
0 - 15 min
You will want to keep poking the enemy with your E in this lane. Do not let them farm easily, and you should always go and poke your enemy laners when they are going to farm.
The lane brushes are to be controlled, and always use them to land your Q on the enemy. This helps a lot in catching enemies off-guard and executing your 100 to 0 combo post-six.
Once you unlock your Ultimate , you will want to look for more opportunities to land your Q on the enemy. Don't get too close to the enemy while doing so, as you're immobile and can get killed easily.
15 - 25 min
Work with your Jungler and set up traps inside the enemy Jungle once you're done shoving the wave in. Your Q will allow you to get free kills effortlessly.
Fighting around choke points will be really good for you, so look for opportunities to do so. This is especially applicable during neutral, objective fights in the game.
Getting your core items will make you really powerful. Use the brushes to set up death traps for squishies in your lane. Also, transition to the mid-lane as quickly as you can.

During this phase of the game, you should just focus on one-shotting targets with your entire combo. Your Ultimate will be on quite a short cooldown so you can make quick work of enemies.
Getting a defensive item will help you a lot in this game against all-in comps. You will want to make sure that you position yourself well and look out for assassins who try to kill you.
Correctly use your W during this phase of the game and shield as many people as you can. That shield alone can save your entire team from death if you time it properly, especially before they get hit by a high burst damage ability.
Level six is a massive power spike as it unlocks Lux's 100 to 0 combo. Any enemy who gets caught out by her Q will be in for a world of pain from now on.
Her first item component will allow her to spam her abilities with a higher frequency, deal more damage, and assert lane dominance due to her long-range.
Her early game isn't that luminous because her damage isn't too significant because of no items. As the game progresses, she should have an easy time dealing with her opponents.
Lux will now have her core items and will hurt like a truck due to her AP ratios. Any squishy who gets caught by her Q will most definitely end up dying.
She will spike really hard at level 11. This is mainly because of her Ultimate upgrade, which will increase the damage of that ability while drastically reducing its cooldown.
Lux is generally good during team fights, but she will excel when fighting in choke points. The enemy won't be able to do anything to avoid Lux's Q and will be zoned out by her E poke.
Once she gets multiple items, she will be bursting down enemies left, right, and center. All she needs to do is sit in the fog of war and wait for an unsuspecting enemy to walk in on her.
At level 16, Lux will mega-spike. This is due to her Ultimate being upgraded to level three. She will now blow up enemies with the Ultimate alone, and the ability's cooldown will be negligible.
Her Q will be on a very low cooldown now, and the Jungle will be her playground. She can easily catch and burst down squishy targets who are squandering around in their Jungle.
