Overview

Vesna is the strongest Stellar Swirl carry available and one of the best Stellar Glimmer carries in general. While not directly as good as Sandrone's Stellar-Conduct teams, Vesna's carry teams are some of the best in the game and able to tackle content other archetypes might struggle with.

Vesna is a relatively easy unit to play, with consistent gameplay combos to perform that have little variation and fast but solid rotations. Minmaxing the damage of the Stellar Swirl Reaction triggers will have little effect on the team's overall damage.

Anemo is one of the less Stygian favored Elements historically. The only available (to date) content that favors Stellar Swirl specifically is 7.1's Churin, against which boss Vesna was not necessarily better than Sandrone. Various bosses have additional Anemo RES, which can be a problem, but Vesna is strong enough to be able to brute force a lot of them regardless.

Vesna's teams are likely to see further upgrades with the upcoming release of The Tsaritsa. Whether they will see a larger upgrade than Stellar-Conduct teams remains to be seen.

Odette is more valuable than Vodyanitsa at both C0R0 and C0R1; Faruzan can replace Vodyanitsa without her signature if Faruzan has a high refinement Breezeborne Refrain.
Traveler (Cryo) at C6 with R5 Exaiphanes Blade, which will be available as of 7.2, is always the strongest 3rd slot for the team

Vesna's early Constellations are quite strong, and her C1 and C2 should both be prioritized here.
Vodyanitsa's C1 and C2 are typically what will follow, with Odette's C1 and C2 being nearly as good but typically not better.
In terms of 5 star weapon value:
- Beyond the Chrysalis > Hymn of the Maelstrom >> Whitelake Frostfeather

Other Notes

Artifact Set options are generally set in stone; there is no strong damage set for Odette to use, so Vodyanitsa's ability to consistently trigger Heart of the Furnace matters little. Traveler (Cryo) will want to use their Burst every rotation regardless, particularly with their newfound access to C6 as of 7.2. This makes Noblesse solid on them.
