Overview

Zibai is the premium Lunar Crystallize on-field DPS the only one of her kind. All Lunar Reaction teams are comparable to each other depending on the situation, but Zibai's will tend to deal the highest raw damage, a bit higher than Nefer and substantially higher than Flins assuming the same level of play for all of them.

Zibai's teams tend to be quite easy to play. Her Elemental Burst is strong but not necessary, which is also true for Columbina. Additionally, as a a Defense scaling character, she takes a good bit less damage than most other characters. Her teams tend to naturally contain sustain through Linnea or Gorou, making her even tankier.

As a Geo character in teams that deal almost exclusively Geo damage, Zibai's biggest downside is a relative difficulty in brute forcing compared to teams of other Elements. Zibai's teams are inflexible, without a real ability to fit characters of other Elements besides in niche scenarios; such an example is slotting in Yanfei against the Watcher boss in Stygian Onslaught, but this is something Zibai tends to not be very good at.

Lunar teams are generally quite complete in terms of character releases, but Zibai's teams do have strong vertical investment. All of Zibai, Columbina and Linnea have powerful Constellations.

Xilonen at C2 can be comparable to Illuga, but she'll typically be worse. Gorou with Elegy for the End will present significant competition as well, but won't be outright better.
The final slot is relatively flexible though, and if there is a case where a character of a different Element is required, this is where they will be used (at a very significant DMG cost).
Ineffa can slot in to make a Lunar-Charged / Lunar Crystallize hybrid, although this is almost never optimal to do in terms of content adaptation.

Linnea's Constellation 2 is stronger than Zibai's Constellation 2 by a small amount, at worst comparable. Zibai's C2 changes her gameplay quite a bit and can make her adapt better to different types of content though, and itself makes her less reliant on Linnea.
Columbina's Constellation 2 is strong, but not as strong as either of the above.
- Constellation priority: Linnea C2 >= Zibai C2 > Columbina C2
- Overall priority: Zibai C1 >= Zibai R1, Linnea R1 > Linnea C1, Columbina R1 > Columbina C1

Other Notes

Both Columbina and Linnea can hold Silken Moon's Serenade instead of Illuga. In that case, Illuga would be put on 4pc Instructor and would go right before Zibai in the rotation.
It's generally preferable for Linnea to use SMS since Columbina does more personal damage, but Columbina makes better use of SMS's Energy Recharge 2pc.
