World of Warcraft Forever launches November 4th 2026, with the Beta starting on September 17th (PST).
You can play the WoW Beta starting from September 17th 2026, as long as you have purchased the edition including Beta access.
The Beta access is included with the Skyborne Epic Pack at $59.99, and the Warcraft Forever Collection for $79.99 (Which also includes Warcraft 3 Reforged). You will not be able to access the Beta with the lower priced Skyborne Heroic Pack

No, the game is included in your monthly subscription, however you will need to purchase at least the Skyborne Heroic Pack to unlock the new Skyborne Race.
