For this Resonance Guide, I'm going to be showing you the locations of all the Artefact throughout the entire game, covering both Relics of the Present and the Past.
Upon completion, this will get you the Hoarder trophy.
There are 14 Relics of the Present to collect and 23 Relics of the Past, this guide will show you everything in Chapter order.
Note: there are no collectibles in Chapters 8 and 14.
Extra note: there will also be plenty of opportunity to collect Resonance Points throughout your game play, be sure to do so to help you achieve the Like A Warrior trophy to unlock all six mastery branches.
Advance through the chapter until you are playing as Sofia when she is older and you load into the desert area.
Progress into the next main area after loading in, and the collectible will be in the middle of the area by a body and a dead fallen tree. Relic of the Present 1/14 - Handled Cross
Chapter II
In this chapter, you will find;
2 Relics of the Present
Advance through the area until you are stopped by 2 guards who will search you.
After they have searched you, head around to the right towards the church and up the first flight of stairs on the right, advance over here and back down some stairs on the other side, near the water is the Relic of the Present 2/14 - Serenissima Banner
Keep advancing into the next area where there are more stalls, make a right around back of stalls and under the pillars to the left for the next Relic of the Present 3/14 - Bombasin Mask
Chapter III
In this chapter, you will find;
1 Relic of the Present
5 Relics of the Past
After exiting the boat on the beach, head over to the right and go into the bigger cave in the cliff, at the back turn left, in this cave is the next collectible 4/14 - Conch Shell
Exit this cave and drop down to the left, make it up the rocks opposite, shimmy across and head to the left and out into big open area. Go into first cave on left for first Relic of the Past 1/23 - Play Onyx
Advance on from this area and make it to the beach with Leni. Immediately go right up the sandy path inland and advance to the first ruins you see, here take a left and then a right into the darker path, at the end is a Relic of the Past 2/23 - Golden Cup
Advance on to the main ruin area and make your way to the stone lookout building, with the window on your left, head straight a little and right to find a more blue/grey square stone platform, atop is the next Relic of the Past 3/23 - Heroic Plaque
Advance on for a while until you make it to the next main area. Once you are at the base of the large statue and can see the crown statue in front, head immediately right and up the stone stairs.
Make your way up to the middle platform on the left and move white stone slab with Leni's help, for next Relic of the Past 4/23 - Strategy Game
Advance on for a while again, until after Leni helps you crawl through the gap in the wall, they joke about her being a badger here, make it behind the blue mural for next Relic of the Past 5/23 - Minoan King
Chapter IV
In this chapter, you will find;
1 Relic of the Present
2 Relics of the Past
Advance quite a bit into this chapter until you see the big soldier statue ahead.
Advance to slide down and drop down onto the wooden platforms, turn back on yourself, drop down again for next Relic of the Present 5/14 - Polished Cornicello
Advance for a while again, and after you make it through the trial / puzzle area with the spikes in the ground and in the wall, after exiting, head immediately left and to the edge of the platform, for next Relic of the Past 6/23 - Horned Rhyton
Advance on again for a while, after running from the overhead spikes and after the room with the big red pillars, until you are in the big open more outside room, zip line across to the other side. After dismounting the zip line, turn left, jump to the platform behind for next Relic of the Past 7/23 - Grand Mosaic
Chapter V
In this chapter, you will find;

3 Relics of the Past
Advance through this section until you zip line down into the main ruin area and there are enemies at the bottom. After defeating the enemies head left under the rock, eliminate enemies at the top of the stairs ahead of you.
In the back left of this room, shimmy across and into ruined house, here will be next Relic of the Past 8/23 - Griffin Figurine
From here, head towards the main bog door of the building, and drop down onto the beach area on the right. Take out the enemies in this area, and behind tents near water is the next Relic of the Present 6/14 - Dante’s Inferno – Canto XII
Make your way into the main big building where all 4 doors will open. From the console you are standing at, to have opened the doors, make your way out of the first door on the right of you, head down towards the door ahead.
Before advancing inside here, look to the left from the bridge outside the door to see a tree by the rocks, head across and at the base of the tree is the next Relic of the Past 9/23 - Ceremonial Blade (this is officially the 10th Relic so you will have a gap here in your Artifact collection, don't panic, we will be getting the 9th one soon)
After having completed the puzzle in the room in this section, make your way back to the main central room with the hole in the ground. Advance through the next door on the right.
Progressing through this section will lead you to an outside camp area with pillars all around, head down the steps to the right of the camp, and drop down to the stone platform, here will be the next Relic of the Present 7/14 - Condottiero Stamp
Advance on for a while until you are at the platform puzzle with the points, flowers and squid.
From here you want to advance as follows, slightly to the left for points, right for squid, back onto the points you just came from, then right to flower and straight on for squid. To start the pattern flow again but make it to the next Relic, you must take the points ahead and then left to squid, this platform will be a lot more overgrown. Here you will be able to climb up the wall from the platform, shimmy across and onto the next patch of ground ahead, here will be the next Relic of the Past to collect 10/23 - Scarab Amulet (this is officially Relic 9 but collected as the 10th in our playthrough, your Amulet collection should be up to date now)
Chapter VI
In this chapter, you will find;
2 Relics of the Past
Advance through this section for a while, until you almost make it out but Sofia drops down into another pit area.
Ahead will be broken water mechanisms to crouch under, once you make it to the back, climb the rocks up a level on the right and in the dark area at the back will be the next Relic of the Past 11/23 - Minoan Queen
Advance for a while until you make it to the big open room where we will collect Daedalus's Key. Upon entering here, make it to the right to see a slightly open door in the distance, inside will be the next Relic of the Past 12/23 - Corrupted Mosaic
Chapter VII
In this chapter, you will find;
1 Relic of the Present
3 Relics of the Past
Advance though this area until you have the short scene with Sergio passing away. From here make your way onto the beach area and over to the right, follow the blood trail to the man at the rocks, here is the next Relic of the Present 8/14 - Tarot Card
Advance on until you have made it through the underground storage type area, of the Lenses and Spike Traps. After climbing back out of here, head immediately left, crawl under a rock and over a stone wall into a gardeny area. At the back here will be the next Relic of the Past 13/23 - Kill Onyx
Keep advancing through this area until you get to a couple of enemies by a door with skulls all around, it's a small puzzle to get in here using these skull pillars.
After taking out the enemies, head to the right of this area, there will be a small path to take, at the end of the path will be the next Relic of the Past 14/23 - Stained Mosaic
Keep advancing more towards the end of this chapter, when you are inside the large ruined trial area. Once you make it up to the top and are looking down on the area, head down to the pillars and turn right to jump across towards to wooden platform with 2 large chains holding it up, at the edge of this platform will be the next Relic of the Past 15/23 - Kouros Puppet
Chapter VIII
There are no collectibles in this chapter.
Chapter IX
In this chapter, you will find;

2 Relics of the Past
Keep advancing in this section until you make it inside the cave where Sophia stumbles at a short rock, mourning Leni.
After climbing this rock, there will be a small fire at the top, head around this to the right to make it through a darker looking corruption path. Ahead, by a body will be the next Relic of the Present 9/14 - Dante’s Inferno – Canto V
Advance on for a little while until you're back outside taking cover from the creature. Keep going through this area until you make it up a flight of stairs and in a gap in the wall at the top will be a light source.
Behind this light source is a gap in the wall that has more of an orange glow, head through here to find the next Relic of the Past to the right 16/23 - Phosphate Ring
Keep advancing all the way into the palace, once you have had the cutscene and can advance in the same room in the cutscene as Sophia, make it towards the pillars and drop down in the hole in the ground.
After dropping down, use the light source to burn away the petrified people. From here, make it through the hole in the wall just behind the light source, in here will be a short wall to climb over, on the other side, will be the next Relic of the Past 17/23 - Bronze Mirror
Chapter X
In this chapter, you will find;

As soon as you load into this area and follow Faro to the bottom of the hill, take a right and straight ahead you will see a gap in the rocks to squeeze through, in here on the right will be the next Relic of the Past 18/23 - Sun Dial
Advance on after the big fight scene, continue to zipline down and slide to make it to the forest area. After sliding down, hug the rocks on the right until you come to 2 pots on the ground, in-between them will be the next Relic of the Present to collect 10/14 - Terra Incognita
Keep advancing to the next area where the Lense puzzle is. On the right when you approach this platform (see image) make your way over or around it to keep hugging the rocks on the right, keep going all the way towards to water, and on the ground will be the next Relic of the Present 11/14 - Thakourth Ball
Keep advancing until you make it to the inside red stone area with Faro, and make your way over to the workshop area on the right. In the right corner of this area is the next Relic of the Past 19/23 - Impossible Mechanism
Chapter XI
In this chapter, you will find;
1 Relic of the Present
2 Relics of the Past
Advance through this area, after moving both main light beams with the levers, keep going until you make it down into the really dark section. As soon as you get to the wooden platforms, jump across to make it to the stone platform, around the corner here and near the edge will be the next Relic of the Past 20/23 - Olden Abacus
Keep advancing for a while until you have used more of the main big Lenses to move the light beam.
Once you make it to the platform where there are enemies to take out and you can follow the light around on the ground and use the sphere to erase the corruption, turn away from the main gateway and burn down the corruption in the back left of the area.
After burning away the corruption here, head over and at the back will be the next Relic of the Past 21/23 - Burnt Mosaic
Keep advancing towards the end of this chapter, once you make it into the old camp with Faro in the caves, once again, it is very dak here, in the back left on the ground will be the next Relic of the Present to collect 12/14 - Weasel Foot
Chapter XII
In this chapter, you will find;
1 Relic of the Present
1 Relic of the Past
Keep advancing through the area where the Soldiers stand down, and then change their mind once you try to leave, take everyone out and make your way through.
After squeezing through and dropping down, advance into the open area, as soon as to exit the cave, turn right to find the next Relic of the Present 13/14 - Loving Memento
Advance now towards the end of the chapter, where you will head into where the boat should have been to take you across, instead, hop across to the first left platform, then look to the right and make it onto here and on the ground will be the next Relic of the Past 22/23 - Blank Mosaic
Chapter XIII
In this chapter, you will find;

1 Relic of the Past
After advancing for a while avoiding the creature, make it out and around to the first grapnel. Use another grapnel to advance up to the light source, from the light head down the short stairs to the left, behind the corruption is the final Relic of the Past 23/23 - Labyrinth Plan
Keep advancing the chapter and after the second hallucination of fighting that Sophia has, activate light beam again and open the door ahead with smaller light beam.
After squeezing through, head immediately left into the corruption for the final Relic of the Present 14/14 - Poisoned Syringe
