For this Resonance Guide, I'm going to be showing you the locations of all the Weapons throughout the entire game.
Upon completion, this will get you the Plunderer trophy, and make sure that you use all of the weapons to eliminate enemies, to achieve the Adaptable trophy as well.
There are a total of 8 Weapons to collect, unless you have the DLC where there will be 9, however the 9th one doesn't have any contribution to achieving the trophy. This guide will show you everything in Chapter order.
Note: the Weapons in Chapters 1 & 2 are automatically obtained, there are no Weapons to collect in Chapters 3, 11, 12 and 13, and there are no collectibles at all in Chapters 8 and 14.
Extra note: there will also be plenty of opportunity to collect Resonance Points throughout your game play, be sure to do so to help you achieve the Like A Warrior trophy to unlock all six mastery branches.
This weapon is automatically obtained through story progression - Rusty Sword.
Chapter II
This weapon is automatically obtained through story progression - Falchion.
If you have the DLC then you will also automatically obtain the Hero's Blade in this chapter through story progression.

Progress quite far into this chapter where you are avoiding the overhead spikes. Leni will offer her hand to Sophia whilst she is shimmying to get to her. After this short cutscene keep advancing in and to the right, you will need to use the sphere to unlock the tomb and inside will be the weapon to collect - Kopis.

Progress quite far into this chapter, once you have opened up all 4 main doors from the central room, from the console you used the sphere in to open these 4 doors, head out of the second door on the right. Progress your way through this section until you come across the camp with the ruin pillars surrounding it.
From here, head to the left before entering into the camp section, and climb to the top of the pillars. Head over to the left, you will see a Seagull nest on this side. Stand on the metal circle on this side to line up your spheres colours below.
Make your way back down and into the tomb to collect the Weapon - Greek Sword.

Advance towards the end of this chapter, after you have collected Daedelus's Key. Advance through the next main door with the new key and around the corner at the bottom of the stairs is a muddy path to the left to take.
Inside, make your way to the second lit platform on the left, from here, angle your sphere's trio colours accordingly to open up the tomb.
Head inside the tomb to collect the next Weapon - Sica.
Chapter VII
Not too far into this chapter, after you have had the loss of Sergio and have advanced from the beach here, make it to the next open area where there is a Minotaur Statue on the ground, and to the left of this is a skull head statue.
Stand upon the metal circle in the ground and line up the trio colours with the sphere, to open the tomb.

Progress through this level until you are in the main lens puzzle section in the forest with Faro, after the cave maze section. Make your way around to the back right corner, across the stream and into the little cave. Progress your way up to make it to the top where the tomb puzzle is located.
When you make it up here, head to the left and break the 2 pots on the ground to reveal the blue light point.
From here, head to the right to the main console to use the sphere to activate the light beams.
After doing so, make it over to the platform on the right.
Once at the top, align your trio of colours to open the tomb.
