Valkyrie Overview - Project R.I.S.E

The Valkyrie is one of 6 playable character classes within Project R.I.S.E

She utilizes her massive double sided axe to swing through hordes of enemies, making her a solid starter class for new players. The Valkyrie is unlocked by default, and does NOT need to be unlocked via the Trader, unlike some other classes.

Valkyrie Base Stats:

• Health - 425
• Power - 17
• Speed - FAIR

The Valkyrie class features 3 distinct attacks that can be used in the game. You can find what they are, and what they do below:

Light Attack - A three-hit combo of wide axe swings that deal increasing damage and pushback.

Heavy Attack - A controllable, fast-moving 360-degree spin attack. Perfect timing increases spin duration and speed.

Character Skill - A Short leap slam that can clear gaps and obstacles. On impact, deals area damage and pops enemies into the air.

The Valkyrie class also comes with a selection of perks that can be equipped. These perks vary in rarity, and are also sorted by the type of perk they are. Below you can find each Perk, and what they do.

All COMMON Perks:

Combo Cleaver: Every 5 hits, generate a Cleave that deals 15 damage.

Wall Thumper: Cleave explodes on wall contact, dizzying nearby enemies.

Long Shot: Cleave deals more damage the further it travels.

Heavy Helper (Brave 3): Cleave kills charge Heavy Attack faster

Low Blow (Brave 5): +50% Cleave damage while hero health <35%

All RARE Perks:

Triple Slash: Generate 3 Cleaves when hurt.

Big Slash (Brave 3): On Skill End, Generate a wider, stronger Cleave

Final Cut (Brave 3): Cleave instantly kills targets with health <15%

Dual Edge (Brave 5): Generate a second Cleave behind when surrounded by 5+ enemies.

All EPIC Perks:

Heal Wave (Brave 3): Big Slash becomes a Heal Cleave that heals allies for 10% of base health

Fault Line (Brave 5): Every 4 kills, Generate a Mega Cleave that deals damage and knockback.

Perfect Reckoning (Brave 5): Generate Mega or Heal Cleaves for each enemy hit by Perfect Heavy (Up To 8)

Skyfall Crash: Perfect Heavy Attack ends with an area damage jump smash

Earthsplitter: Increase Leap Slam Skill's damage radius

Cyclone Finisher: The third hit of Light Attack combo becomes a whirlwind attack

Fury Tremor: Leap Slam deals a second burst of area damage shortly after impact

Berserker Mode (Mighty 1): Leap Slam triggers temporary Berserker status

Super Spin (Mighty 1): Increase Heavy Attack's damage radius

Phantom Spin (Mighty 3): Move faster and phase through enemies while spinning

Whirlwind Deflect (Mighty 3): Deflect projectiles back at the attacker, dealing damage
