Coinwisp Habitats
You can find Coinwisp marked on the map locations below. Do note that you will need to head over to the Whisperwake Isles map in order to find it.
Coinwisp does not appear to have any special requirements for catching, which means they can be caught by any regular means. Use an Aniipod you have an extended stock of, and you're good to go. For this case, a regular pod should suffice.
Coinwisp Evolution
Provided you level up Coinwisp to the sufficient level, you'll be able to successfully evolve it into Pouchwisp.
The evolution will however cost you 1 Night Stone. You can obtain the stone from defeating Alpha Aniimo.
