Use elemental surge to activate our alchemical admixture key passive if you don't have rakanoth's wake. You need 2 different sources of non-physical damage to activate it.
You either want to triple masterwork poison imbuement ranks to keep it up in the endgame version, or you most likely need to swap out either your heir of perdition or shroud of false death to grab additional tempers.
A lot of your defensives are coming from dark shrouds which you trigger via your runes and the paragons. So the higher level and gear you have, the higher your survivability will be. If you're struggling - grab more defensives.
Important
If you make a druid, then you can temper "poison damage" as offensive temper which is a DPS increase. Use this if you want to min-max.

How it Plays
-Keep spamming death trap and poison imbuement to boost your twisting blades.
-When bursting venoms proc, stand within it to reset poison imbuement.
-Poison trap and smoke grenade elites and bosses for additional damage
-Spam that twisting blades button real hard, dash all over the place and enjoy life
How it Works
This build relies entirely on poison imbuement on dealing damage, boosted via the high base damage of twisting blades in combination with alchemical admixture.
The build got massively buffed in season 6 and even more buffed in season 7. Using this build should see you speed farming tier 100 and generate poison ticks for billions of damage.
Alchemical admixture works via poison, cold and shadow. Non-physical damage counts as all three, meaning they triple tip for the key passive while also providing you with additive damage. This is by far the most important stat due to this reason.
