How it Plays

The main focus here is to work towards the point where you can Perma-Evade where the Storm Feathers from the Eagle Primary Spirit Hall are the main focus of damage.

The Wushe Nak Pa is a Very Strong option here if you're lucky enough to drop one whilst levelling as it scales our Eagle Primary Spirit Hall further after casting The Seeker as well as allowing us to reduce our The Seeker Cooldown extremely fast due to the passive ability associated with it.

The Sepazontec can also be used if you drop one early on to allow you easy access to Perma-Evade through making Thunderspike activate it's 3rd Attack on every single Evade rather than every 3 Evades.

The following steps are the recommended Build Rotation for skill usage:

  • Cast Armored Hide for 100% Block Chance.
  • Cast The Seeker to activate Intricacy on Armored Hide and apply Vulnerable on Enemies.
  • Cast Scourge for up to 50% Damage to Crowd Controlled Enemies (if required)
  • Cast Counterattack for 100% Dodge Chance (if required)
  • Evade liberally around the other skills.

Repeat each step as necessary

How it Works

Build Overview

This Evade Spiritborn focuses on optimising the Storm Feather Damage from the Eagle Primary Spirit Hall using Evade as the Activator whilst staying tanky enough to reach the End Game Content. It does this through the following:

  • Both Eagle Spirit Halls.
  • Generic Damage Scalars as they scale the Eagle Storm Feather Damage.
  • Using Evade to quickly move between Groups of Enemies.
  • Making use of the Wushe Nak Pa, Sepazontec or Loyalty's Mantle if you drop any.
  • Become Permanently Unstoppable via Initiative after casting our The Seeker.
  • Conceited Aspect for Free Damage whilst Barrier is active.
  • Counterattack for 100% Dodge Chance in combat.
  • 100% Block Chance using Armored Hide.
  • Scourge for Crowd Control and up to 50% Damage to Crowd Controlled Enemies.
  • The Seeker for activating Intricacy on Armored Hide and making Enemies Vulnerable.
  • Reaching 66% Cooldown Reduction on Evade through Equipment, Tempers & Sanctifications.
  • Barrier for extreme tankiness.

Check out the In-Depth Explanations below for further details on the build.

Extra Details

This build went to Pit 100+ in the Season 11 PTR. This was achieved at Paragon Level 200 - 220 with Decent Equipment, Maxed Glyphs and Zero Sanctifications.

It's worth mentioning that this was BUGGED on the PTR as the Loyalty's Mantle was granting 4x Potency to the Eagle Primary Spirit Hall and this was multiplied in effect with the Wushe Nak Pa to grant Drastically More Storm Feather Damage than would normally be expected.

We have been told the Pit Scaling will be reduced when Season 11 drops and that All Builds will go about 5 - 10 Pit Levels higher so this build should get to Pit 100+ easily enough even after the Bug Fix.

With the correct gear this build should easily beat all the Hardest Content In The Game without issue.

Helltides + Strongholds

FAQ

If you have any questions about this guide feel free to reach out to me whilst live on Twitch, YouTube, Kick or X or contact me offline via my Discord.

How Do You Play Before Perma-Evade?

From Level 1- 14 you will essentially play a Rock Splitter Thorns build to quickly boost you to Level 15 where you unlock the Eagle Primary Spirit Hall.

At this point you will start swapping to the Evade build but until you reach the Cooldown Reduction Breakpoint to enable Perma-Evade you will want to Manually Cast Thunderspike when Evade is on Cooldown.

With a pair of Boots that have the Attacks Reduce Evade Cooldown Implicit on them you will be able to Evade far more often by Holding Down Attack on Thunderspike and Evading when possible.

How Do You Get Perma-Evade?

To attain Perma-Evade you will need to reach 66.6% Cooldown Reduction so that your Evade Cooldown goes below 1.67s.

This is important so that when you Cast 3x Thunderspike via Evading it will reduce your Evade Cooldown by 5 Seconds and as a result grant you All 3 Evade Charges back in return.

You can attain this by:

  • Cooldown Reduction on the Gloves, Rings and Amulet.
  • Evade Cooldown Reduction Temper on the Boots and Amulet
  • Cooldown Reduction Sanctifications
