Welcome to M1PY's XP speedfarming guide for Season 9. This quick guide will break down the most efficient way to help players along their journey to 300 Paragon.
Paragon levels are an important part of making your character are strong as it can be, and while the last 40-50 levels may only provide a ~5% increase in power, reaching 300 is possible with the right methods.
XP Buffs
Before diving into the grind itself, you'll want to make sure you've got the appropriate buffs to maximize your rate of XP.
There are a few ways of achieving this, but the most accessible means is through Incense and Elixirs.
Additionally, if you have a Nightmare Sigil with the Forgotten Wisdom affix, you can open a dungeon which is guaranteed to spawn an XP Pool within.
All of these methods apply an additive buff which will increase your XP gain when defeating monsters.
However, do keep in mind that this won't affect any bonus XP gained from completing The Pit.
Tip: Set a timer to remind yourself to refresh your XP buffs. Incense and Elixirs last for 30 minutes, while XP Pools last an hour.
Pit Farming
The Pit is where you'll be spending your time, and the general goal is to complete the highest tier you can within ~90 seconds.
If you truly want to maximize your experience, it's definitely worth partying with another player who has a similar DPS rate. This allows you to split the dungeon and also gain the party XP bonus.
However, it's not advised to group with more players as this will further scale monster HP and make the clears less efficient.
M1PY usually runs level 79 Pits for maximum efficiency, allowing him to consistently clear within 90 seconds, despite poor map RNG.
When speedfarming it's important that you're always on the move. Stay mobile and focus specifically on slaying Elites and Champion monsters (the purple aura ones).
Depending on your familiarity with the maps, you may want to use Subo as your Mercenary to get a visual of monsters on the minimap.
Try to optimize your gear to allow for the fastest clears. You only need enough defense to avoid one-shots and withstand boss attacks (reducing time needed to dodge).
After completing a run, make sure to use the "Leave Dungeon" button rather than teleporting. This spawns you closer to the Pit Pylon, helping you save time running back towards it.
