For Chain lightning lovers, I've created possible variants of the skill for this meta. But the focus here is on the version of Chain Lightning with Andariel visage.
This version of the build is capable of doing all the content in the current meta, T8 infernal hords and any boss. Probably the most tanky mage meta build today, with LOTS of damage reduction, if you don't die from a 1-shot, you'll recover all your life automatically, even in situations where you take a CC.
The good thing about this build is its infinite mana and ez2play. With the added bonus that you can use Ahavarion in the build and have fun, although it's not the best form of the build, it's great for speed farming and even gives you extra gold.
