Getting your hands on the Shockwave and Blood Boiling aspect will be the key to really getting this leveling build off the ground. However, the build still has plenty of damage to carry you even if you're experiencing a little new season bad luck. Early game Druid leveling has been significantly improved with big changes to the Gift of the Stag and Obsidian Slam boons. Use a combination of Umbral and Quicksand aspects to further improve resource generation. Skinwalker and Juggernaut aspects will toughen you up as you transition into the Mid-game. Magic runewords Gar and Qua will give you a much-needed boost to crit chance and movement speed.
When you find yourself up against a tough boss just use your provocation buff to cast an overpower Cataclysm and melt that joker.
Not only is this a great leveling build starting out, but it does exceptionally well when leveling alts! It's also a solid choice If you're looking to try out some Hardcore like me.
Mid-Tier Gameplay Loop

Mid-Tier How It Works
So, you made it through the hard part. Great Job! Now it's time to assemble the Pulverize masterpiece! The Rotting Lightbringer is the name of the game for Season 9! You'll be cranking out overpowers like never before and that's with the guaranteed overpower on poison puddles. Even though Pulverize has great damage this season we'll be amping it up even further with our NeoQax runeword! When activated, you'll be hitting for Double Damage and don't worry about resources because Rotting Lightbringer has a massive roll of Resources Cost Reduction. !
Not only are we incredibly durable in Bear form but, we can also rely on Cyclone and Debilitating Roar to keep us on our feet in the toughest situations! We'll also be using Grizzly Rage for even more damage and damage reduction!
