Mythics
Ugly Bastard Helm or Tuskhelm can be used instead of Perdition.
For Two Hander Grandfather could be better since we have 100% crit chance but wasn't able to test.

Masterwork
Try to focus first on Lucky Hit: Cold Damage first as that is our main source of BIG damage mainly on Azurewrath. Aiming to get 200 max resource through Paragon and Ramaladni so that should be as that is 100% damage increase.
Resistances on Arreats helps a TON and then some Damage Reduction from *Harrogath.

Runes
For Pit speed runs equip Kry instead of Tec. For Boss fights vice versa.
I personally like Igni more to proc Qax as we have almost no cooldowns but Ahu is also a good choice.

How it Plays

1. Shouts - always keep them active for massive damage and survivability boost
2. Rupture - to proc Harrogath cooldown reduction but mainly buff that caps our Attack Speed at 200% overall
3. Lunging Strike - your mobility and also proc skill for both Cold Damage from Azure and Tempers but also Harrogath CDR
4. Call of the Ancients - Summons now proc YOUR lucky hit so with our almost non-existant cooldowns we spawn A LOT of Ancients which go CRAZY with Damage

How it Works

This build is based around Lucky Hit Chance to proc Cold Damage from Azurewrath and Tempers on our two handers ESPECIALLY since Minions aka Ancients proc YOUR Lucky Hits.
Getting nonstop cooldown reduction due to our high Lucky Hit Chance triggering Harrogath chest piece we get to summon A LOT of Ancients which is massive damage.
Goal is to scale general damage as aspects only giving Summon damage don't work.

Attack Speed
Focus on getting it to 100% as Basic ATS from Hooves are in Cap 2 as well as Rupture and Call of the Ancients. That alone caps our Cap 2. So for Cap 1 we are looking for normal Attack speed on items both GA or Masterwork to make it happen.

Consumables
Attack Speed potion also gives Lucky Hit which we both need. For incense All stats are very important because with Azurewrath we have enough requirements for ALL Paragon passives which is also a good boost.
