Seven right now is ULT SEVEN! They recently buffed his Ultimate by lowering the delay on the lightning bolt cast, making this a viable build now.

Early Game
Similar to other builds, your early game focus is just on farming. You don't want to engage in fights unless you have to. Your ult is primarily a way to defend yourself from ganks.
Always remember to pop
Infuser before using your Ultimate.
Mid Game
Once you have your
Warp Stone, you should start to come online. Your main usage for the ult is to control objectives like the walker and urn.There is no need to overly push or overly force fights because ult
Seven benefits from a slower game progression.
Late Game
Most games you will need
Unstoppable because people will buy 
Knockdown. I also really like
Diviner's Kevlar because it makes you instantly tanky once your ult is popped, as well as adding some duration and CDR.
