Bebop keeps getting buffed and nerfed, so if you're looking for a different playstyle built around 
Hyper Beam, try this instead!
This build uses 
Mystic Slow stacks with Hyper Beam to make it harder for your enemies to escape it.
Early Game
Build items from left to right.
Play safe and focus on farming, because you are saving ability points for your ult at 3000 Souls. You dont have to play agressive, just look for hooks and farm.
Look to
Hook + 180 
Exploding Uppercut enemies into your tower.Farm T3 camps with
Hyper Beam at 8 minutes.
Mid Game
Build from left to right.
Once you have
Majestic Leap, start looking for vertical angles they won't expect.If you catch someone in the open, they will take a lot of damage but avoid fighting unless your ult is up.
Depending on how the game is going, consider building
Bullet Armor and/or 
Spirit Armor along with their upgrades.
Late Game
In most games, your enemies will try counter you with
Knockdown, so always prepare to buy unstoppable if this happens, or stay very far away.
Luxury and Optional Items
Buy in order as needed.
If you need more speed, consider grabbing
Warp Stone, 
Superior Stamina, 
Fleetfoot, and/or 
Divine Barrier.
