Left to Right, Extra Regen can be bought if you need more healing in the lane.

but Mystic Regeneration should be enough healing, always try to land your Threadsaps and trade after hits after doing so.

Swift Striker CAN be skipped if you want to reach your spikes earlier, but it can help with your laning and last hitting.

By the time you reach Healing Booster you should be hitting the first rift of the game, remember to spend your souls before it happens, as Radiant Regeneration and Reactive Barrier can really help in fighting for that.

Superior Duration and 2 AP points make your Granny Long Legs even better, you have one of the best teamfight positioning tools in the entire game, take advantage of it to not be out of position, get in good angles to deal damage, chase people escaping or get out of the tricky situation yourself.

It can be parried but it will NOT stun you, so don't be too afraid to attempt it to get your Spirit Snatch proc off.

Torment Pulse and Radiant Regeneration both benefit greatly from the bonus spirit you get from your Threadsap, the more enemies you hit with it, the more passive damage and healing you do, these two items are a must have for her.

For those 3 items we will be upgrading them to the version that affects the whole kit, but Granny Long Legs gets a decent benefit from all of them early on, as more duration and less cooldown significantly increases the uptime.

If you are having issues manging your Threadsap charges, you can either buy Rapid Recharge, but also upgrade your Threadsap to 5AP before putting the extra points on your Feed The Birds instead.

Boundless Spirit when combined with your Threadsap gives you absurd numbers of Spirit Power, this is a really big damage spike for late game fights, and remember, your items also scale with your spirit.

Scourge once again, is an item that scales with spirit, if you manage to land some good Threadsap the damage will be off the charts, throw it on your frontliner and shield them with your Baba's Brew.

Indomitable helps you channel your 4 for longer without getting interrupted and gives you a really big barrier, heavily increasing your survivability.

Superior Cooldown really helps all of her kit, more frequent Baba's Brew means very frequent shields and silences, and lower cooldown on Threadsap enables you to always have a really high spirit stolen count.

Vortex Web is a great combo with Baba's Brew, when properly timed you can silence or burn the whole enemy team.

Rapid Recharge is optional, if you are good at managing your Threadsap charges and spirit stolen uptime, you don't always need it, but when learning the character I would recommend still buying it always.

Baba works with most Spirit and Vitality items in the game, as long as the core build is correct.

Warp Stone, Healbane, Metal Skin, Guardian Ward are good alternatives to hit your 4800 Vitality investment spike.

Divine Barrier is a really good item even on characters that aren't "support", do not be afraid to buy it if you need a dispell or more survivability.

Transcendent Cooldown is another good item that she will always benefit from regardless of build path and game state.

Arcane Surge is great if you like her movement and zooming across the map, she heavily benefits from increased range and duration in pretty much her whole kit.

Unstoppable is a good buy for a guaranteed ultimate cast.

Plated Armor is similar to Metal Skin, really helps you survive against fed gun carries.
