The standard Nurse Harrow build. She has really high healing throughput, good utility, CC and scales really well the longer the match goes, as long as you land your healing shots and keep an eye on your teammates you can't go wrong with her!

Do not forget to pick up your leeches from Leech Therapy after they drop to the floor.

Titanic Magazine really improves your damage trading and healing, and after Extra Charge you can outlast and win trades really really well as long as it's your lane partner taking the damage and you don't expose yourself too much.

The dash-jump component of Kinetic Dash is the most important part of the item and you should abuse it as much as you can.

Both Duration Extender and Compress Cooldown should imbue Wretched Vapors as it's your best tool both offensively and defensively.

While Extra Spirit is the best bang for your buck, the full Boundless Spirit will be delayed a little bit and instead you're grabbing Surge of Power, as that still helps your Healing Needles but allows you to reach the Ricochet + Healing Tempo spike faster.

Fortitude is your tankiest standard option to reach 4800 Vitality souls, but you can also play around with other options like Healing Nova or Rescue Beam for more healing.

Ricochet works on your Healing Needles, and it also works with Healing Tempo so you can quickly figure out how powerful that is.

Healing allies that are under the effects of Wretched Vapors also reduces the damage "stored" during the Specter Rush part of it, meaning that they will take way less damage when it expires, as long as you hit them with your Healing Needles during the duration.

Healing Nova or Restorative Shot both activate Healing Tempo on yourself, giving you the Fire Rate to heal faster, don't forget that too!

Unstoppable allows you to get a good duration of your Lurking Terrors out always, meaning you force the enemy team to an unfavorable position with little counterplay, just be sure to press Unstoppable before the Lurking Terrors.

Headhunter does work on allies, so it can be a good pick if you're good at landing those headshots

Scourge does get extended by maxed Healing Needles so it can be a really fun pick if you have a good frontliner.

Echo Shard allows you to Wretched Vapors two different people, or the same person twice, it can be really strong in the right situations.

Divine Barrier gives you a second dispell alongside Wretched Vapors, completely neutralizing some enemy team compositions.

Blood Tribute (and Trophy Collector) are good options if you are really ahead and snowballing with max stacks on Leech Therapy, you can have higher regen than the Blood Tribute drain damage just with leeches alone.
