A high-scaling Mina build focusing on long term viability by grabbing Ricochet and Toxic Bullets.

Mina's early game got severely nerfed with Rake's healing being moved to 5AP.

Buy Extra Health to help survive in lane.

Extra Spirit and Mystic Burst for some early damage.

Rusted Barrel for some early defense and to help achieve Spirit Investment. Sell immediately when out of Slots.

Rush Boundless Spirit as soon as possible, Mina can jungle very easily with Rake and has a much harder time jungling in the future as the game goes on.

With Boundless Spirit, then buy Mystic Shot and Reactive Barrier as they scale heavily with Spirit.

Stamina Mastery for some evasion.

Ricochet will be the second core power spike, really helps in teamfights and can proc Love Bites on unsuspecting enemies.

Toxic Bullets has amazing synergy with Ricochet.

Then tank up with items such as Ethereal Shift, Spellbreaker and Cheat Death.

If lacking damage then items such as Spirit Burn or Spiritual Overflow is a good idea instead.

Healing Rite for dangerous lanes.

Counterspell can be a good idea against Lash's Death Slam or Bebop's Sticky Bomb.
