Ability Points
Early Game Explanations
Monster Rounds allow you to kill creeps quickly to give time to box runs.
Sprint Boots/
Extra Stamina mobility to move around the map and give extra survivability.
Extra Charge/
Extra Spirit cheap good spirit items to help get to 4800 spirit investment.
Mystic Slow utility item that is very good with turrets and ultimate.
Mid Game Explanations
Enduring Speed allows you to reduce the self slow that ultimate gives you a little bit more mobility during the channel.
Improved Spirit/
Boundless Spirit gives huge boost of dps to the ultimate.
Mystic Expansion to enable your turrets, and ultimate with more range.
Stamina Mastery increases McGinnis survivability by a ton and lets you have more mobility during ult channel.
Unstoppable lets you not be interrupted for part of your ult channel. Also makes the ultimate not self slow you for its duration.
Late Game Explanations
Infuser/
Diviner's Kevlar items to keep you healthy during ultimate.
Escalating Exposure enables our spirit damage to not fall off in the late game.
Superior Duration gives longer duration to many of our items and abilities.
Superior Cooldown/
Greater Expansion/
Rapid Recharge good items to get if you do not have slots for other items.
Situational / Luxury Explanations
Spirit Burn can provide a good anti heal and DOT on anyone your turrets hit.
Dispel Magic is good to use against teams with a lot of debuffs.
Counterspell is used to parry nearly every spell in the game, and will allow you to dodge ultimates or stuns that are targeting you.
Ethereal Shift can let you dodge cc spells or burst spells, and you can heal while shifted.
Spirit Resilience good against spirit heavy comps.
Metal Skin good against gun heavy comps.
