New to WoW Forever? This guide walks you through your first hour
Stage 1: Before you begin
Choose the Class and Race you want and get familiar with what each one does. Don’t worry about finding the “perfect” Choice for your first Character just enjoy the game.
Stage 2: Your first few minutes
Take a moment to look around, learn how to move and interact, and find the parts of the UI you’ll use most often and make your UI your own by making sure everything is where you want it to be. Also make sure The keybindings are all set and ready to go.
Stage 3: Your first quests and fights
Follow the early quests, practise using your abilities and get comfortable with how combat feels before rushing ahead.
Stage 4: Getting organised
Check your inventory, equipment, map and quest log. Knowing where these are makes the rest of the game much easier to follow. Also make sure you stay organised otherwise you could get overwhelmed.
Stage 5: What to do after the first hour
Once you’ve got the basics, just keep playing there’s no need to learn everything at once. Take everything one step at a time as trying to learn to much at once can become overwhelming.
